WEDDINGS WITH JULES

THE ULTIMATE - a super personalised ceremony that tells “your story” from both your perspectives as well as some of your friends / family point of view. It’s guaranteed to be light hearted and pretty funny while maintaining the important elements of a heart felt & genuine ceremony……Your guests will laugh and cry AND NEVER FORGET IT……nor will you. Cost $1,450 < 1/7/24 / $1,650 (1/7/24 - 30/12/24) / $1750 > 1/1/2025 ……running time approx. 35-40 mins

BASIC - includes all of the above except only tells “your story” from your perspective and doesn’t involve friends / family….so its still very personalised but not quite as involved……Cost $1,300 < 1/7/24 / $1,450 (1/7/24 - 30/12/24) / $1550 > 1/1/2025……running time approx. 30 mins

LEGALS ONLY - a ceremony that is short and sweet with all the important bits that belong in a wedding just no “story” about the two of you…..Cost $900 < 1/7/24 / $950 (1/7/24 - 30/12/24) / $995 > 1/1/2025 (deduct $50 in 10km radius of Newcastle CBD)…. running time approx. 15-20 mins.

ALL of the above ceremonies include the following:

vows, ring exchange, readings (1 or 2), giving away, signing register
all travel in hunter region / meetings / writing ceremony
supply of PA
all paperwork including covering the registration and cost of your “official marriage certificate” with BDM NSW ($65)…..basically you won’t have to do a thing in terms of paperwork – I’ll sort it all for you.

RENEWALS - yes please!...love them....chose either The Ultimate or Basic wedding above less $100 (for filing paperwork)

HUNTER REGION, NSW

I currently live in Newcastle, NSW so 85% of my weddings are conducted in the Hunter Region. Costs on this website are relevant to this area stretching from Newcastle to Hunter Valley to Port Stephens to Central Coast. Small fees apply outside these zones.

MELBOURNE & SURROUNDS

Although I currently live in Newcastle, I'm a born and bred Melbournite so I looooove getting down there for weddings......good excuse to see family and friends.....as a result you will find my fees to be on par with local celebrants.

INTERSTATE

Yep…as I mentioned earlier, I’ll go anywhere, anytime. You can select any of the ceremony options and I just add a minimal fee on top which usually equates to the cost of hiring a local celebrant - as their fees are often higher than Hunter Region fees.......please also note that in no way does this additional charge usually cover my transport costs......lucky for you, I'm just soooooo happy to travel.

OVERSEAS

Ok…Ok…..if I must!!.....nothing would excite me more than to conduct amazing weddings overseas for you…..it would require paperwork and formalities to take place in Australia so that you are legally married here followed by a fabulous ceremony at your chosen location with all the bells and whistles minus the legal bits….Again, one of the ceremony options can be selected, then add travel costs on top.....final charges are on a case by case basis so just contact me and we can work on it together to make it happen!!
